I had the same problem @ Camping World. Did not buy my Alpine from then and although they said they would service it, it just set on the lot for 4 months. I am sure they serviced the units they sold...

B & W companion
I also wanted to use the truck bed frequently, so I had the dealer install the companion hitch. I like it, comes out fairly easily ( you have to lift straight up as there is not much clearance...

Thanks for your suggestions. Dealer could not help (said Keystone would not sell a can of spray paint, service manager did give me the color (oyster white)
and I found a small chip, took it to Home...

Spray paint
I have a 2015 Alpine and I cracked the fiberglass on the left rear corner. Not to had to reglass the corner, but I am not sure where one would get the off white paint.
Any suggestions anyone.
