Rear bumper strength Cougar

I added a bicycle rack to my 2015 cougar x-lite 29rli. 5 months of traveling the bumper has a slight twist to it. It has reinforcements at the corner welds. The bumper material is very weak and thin!

We purchased a 2015 x-lite 29rli w/high country package in May 2015. 2010 Ford F-150 screw fx4 5.4L tow vehicle. Very happy with the extra room. The awning is small, but we like the triple slides....

80 & 90 are showing 31 hours and 94 is 32 hours. I'm wondering if I would run into a lot of traffic to slow me down near Chicago when I go north-west from bottom of Lake Michigan? Think I will count...

We are planning a trip to fishing bridge, yellowstone national park from Pa. in June 2015. I was wondering if anybody knows which is the best route? Route 80, 90, or 94?
