I had a tank heater on my last trailer. It was dealer installed, and would run on 12v via a switch or 120v with a seperate plug in. I am not sure on a factory installed heater.

On our 240BH the water pump is accessible in the front pass thru on the slide side. There is a short removable panel to get at it. Open your side storage door,and it is on the right.
