I had the exact same issue with my Cougar. I installed a screen door cross bar from Camping World and it worked great after that. Not sure why, I'm guessing that it trued up the door.

Ours didn't come with the sound bar. The speakers are ok, not great but not terrible. I might decide to upgrade them eventually. I haven't tried to connect on the bluetooth yet, will do that soon.

We just picked ours up a couple of weeks ago, and so far are very happy with our choice. We only have one night in it so far, but everything appears to be working well. The living room is awesome.
