Had same issues on 2019 raptor. Worked day of delivery first trip out nothing tried several different times still nothing dealer checked it said nothing wrong back in march somewhere in nc on i95...

Level up issues
When I hit auto level the Jack's do there thing and auto level success beeps but only 4 of the 6 Jack's are touching the ground
Dealer said someone must have been inside unit during auto level not...

No over air tv reception
I cant seem to pick up any channels over the air
Tried at campground where we have had no trouble in past picking up channels also tried at home out in wide open and still no luck
Any suggestions...
