As an experiment, yesterday I disconnected the 2 and 3 cables from the KeyTV box, leaving only the primary tv (Satellite) and the ota connected. It started the download process almost immediately....

If you have the KeyTV System, you better make sure it works properly BEFORE you leave the dealer. I bought my Avalanche in April of this year and it still doesn’t work.

I have the exact same problem. Dish playmaker...

I have the exact same problem. Dish playmaker dual port satellite with 211z receiver. Hooked up exactly the way shown in the key tb manual and nothing works. Would like to know if you figure it out.

My Dish satellite works fine until I connect the coax cable to the outside satellite receptacle. I have tested the cable inside and outside of my fifth wheel and it appears good. I have it hooked up...
