240 is no problem, but not needed in 2021. Dryers today can do the job on 120v and washers never did need 240v. Load size will be smaller just because the door opening to get the washer and dryer...

Actually 120V x 30A is 3,600 VA. Watts takes into account power factor. For purely resistive loads like heaters, toasters, coffee makers they are the same, but for things with motors not the same....

For a TT minimum is 3/4T, for a 5er 1T diesel, maybe dually.
