It has not been in either extreme hot or cold, but, the way it's stored on the side of my house gets a lot of direct sunlight on the trailer back.

I have a small bulge in the bottom right rear panel of my 2015 Passport. No other bulges are present anywhere else on the trailer. I'm hoping it's not delamination. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I have done all that has been suggested and at this point, nothing has worked. The best thing for me to do is to bite the bullet and take it into an RV repair shop.

Tom, I changed the furnace differential to 2 as you recommended and my brief initial test was successful. There was no clicking. I will do a more extensive test when we do our first trip this spring....

My clicking is also definitely coming from the A/C. Unfortunately, I will have to wait until the spring to see if the differential adjustment will stop the clicking as we've winterized the trailer...
