I had the same problem on my Bullet (2 of them actually) dealer replaced the first one - the fix is easy. Use fiberglass (like used in auto body work) use the sheet and lots of resin - build up...

We have the large Bullet and right beside the bed is the shut - Put Velcro on the laundry basket - holds in place nicely, and still have plenty of room in the storage.

Check out my solar mount 10/30/13. I use a 100 watt panel mounted on the front roof. Maintains the batts all winter and whenever we are off grid. Happy camping and use the sun's power!!
