I have a Norcold 2118 PolarMax fridge and today it threw a "L1" code, and then within a few minutes threw a "Lo DC" code. Now it is just completely dead.

I did speak with a person in Keystone customer support and they told me that it is definitely not acting right and to have a service center look at it. So I at least got Keystone to admit something...

I also have the in command system and one trick I have learned is to put the AC units on fan mode in high or low and then once the fan turns on, switch the mode to cool.

The exclamation point is a "panic mode" it will flash the outside lights in a certain sequence. Kind of like the panic mode on a car keychain, without the noise.
