238ml bike carrier options

I'm looking to add a bike carrier to my TT. There is no rear bumper on my model but there is a spare tire mounted to the back. Has anyone had experience with removing the spare and using the bracket...

My 238ml is the same way. There is a cap in the flat bumper but not in the end of the tube. My Rhino hose doesn't fit in there anyway.
