Slide motor

I have a 2001 cougar 245 fifth wheel with a dinette slide out. The slide barely moves and usually requires some manual help. Where would I find information on the slide motor? Brand etc. Thanks

My cougar fifth wheel has a terrible problem with the rubber trim around the Windows being stained with black looking mildew. See pictures. I have tried all sorts of products including black Mark...
