I have a GUTA tpms with it's own monitor. Screw on valve stem type. Easy to use and setup. Common battery (cr2032). Came with 6 sensors. Love it.

I live in Virginia. I drain, then bypass the water heater and use antifreeze. I purchased an inexpensive pump from northen tool and equipment to push the antifreeze.

I like Jomax so much better than wet it forget it. Used it on my awning and on my house siding. So much better. You'll be much happier using it.
