I also have a 310. Mine came with a heat strip in the rear A/C only. It didn't originally work because the wiring was not hooked up. Easy fix. The front thermostat also controls the propane heater.

Bottom line is you get what you pay for. Moryde is a huge improvement over the standard pin box and is reasonably priced at around $500.00. You order the pin box based on the weight of your trailer....

It will take some adjustment to get it just right. The setting will also need to be readjusted depending on the trailer weight. An empty trailer's brakes will lock up quicker than a loaded trailer....
