Our cougar has below TV set a double outlet...

Our cougar has below TV set a double outlet beside tv cable outlet the double outlet had to have a jumper on it in order for cable to work and booster button off

Cable hook up at campground

Hi we tried to hook up cable normally but was not able to get it. We had to hook it up directly from cable box to tv and by pass trailer hook up. Any one else have this problem or knows why?
