I am happy to report that the front rock guard part of my TT looks fantastic after Andy's RV in Decatur AL repainted it for me.

I installed an RV Airflow system and thought I had the bolt lined up correctly and tightened it with my drill, before I realized it the bolt was cross threaded and it snapped.

Thanks for the tip! From looking at the parts drawing, it appears that I may be able to get at the nutsert from the roof once the plastic shroud has been removed.

Good idea. I was thinking that about those bolts too. Maybe they are galvanized. I want to hit it with rust-oleum, but I don’t want a different finish in that area standing out like a sore thumb.

Can someone explain why there is so much heat “escaping” through the outside exhaust? An incredible amount of heat seems to be wasted through that outside vent.
