Fridge LP light flashing

Our refrigerator light flashes in LP mode. Everything runs great when plugged in. Here is what we have observed so far:

No 12V power

Our travel trailer is plugged into shore power and all of our outlets work but nothing operating on the 12v system works (lights, awning, slide out, water pump, etc).

I measured from the inner part of the dark brown wood to the wall. Just under the width of my finger in the picture, about 1/2". On the bottom it measured about 1 1/8".
