Maintaining 6 volt batteries

Does anybody know what is the best way to maintain 4 6volt batteries during the winter months? I keep the RV plugged in to shore power but should I leave the batteries on or should I disconnect...

We are a family of 4 with 2 dogs & we have a 2013 Keystone Cougar 28RBSWE & we tow it with our 2012 Ford Expedition. Before that we had a 2005 Thor Wanderer & we couldn't be happier with the upgrade!
