Is the trailer when hitched to tow vehicle supposed to be the same height as if the truck is unhitched? When using airbags how much should it be inflated?

relocating TV mount
On 301BQ —want to move tv mount further down the wall (like it’s sitting on cabinet) so TV is more eye level. is TV mount presently attached to a stud that extends downward ?
