I use 8"X 10" cutting boards with handles from Walmart for cheep .Very strong ,light ,will not rot and nothing sticks to them.

Myself at 240 have had no problems ,installing vent covers ,solar panels and cleaning. Stay close to the sides and you will have no problems.

I leave my trailer pluged on 24/7 in my shop to keep batteries charged up and out side fridge pluged in for a beer cooler . With batteries charged and nothing running it tested at 52 watts.

I use the string type on our 5er and with 2 trips...

I use the string type on our 5er and with 2 trips a year to the boondocks 1 hour on gravel and not one mark.

New ladder

Removed 2 dowel stairs ,took apart and rebuilt with 3 flat stairs . Finished and stained to match. Should be easier for my little ones to get up to the bunk."bouncey:

Here is pic from last year (66 ft)before I wielded up a new trailer ,will be around 72 ft .and max gvw.We only go about 2 hrs. I will just have to be cautious and careful.

I had the same problem, installed a 2 gallon expansion tank in the cold water system, Also helped with pump cycling when dry camping.

I mounted the compressor in the storage compartment under the rear floor mat . Seems to keep it clean and dry.

Yeah I to would be uncomfortable hauling a that much weight for sure. Just a single axel 3500 lbs total max.(very flat around here).

I welded a triple hitch to our avalanche last year ,one for the quad trailer and the outside ones for the bikes, Ran a tack weld to bumper to connect it all together .Yours looks great!!
