mine leaked on my 2018 avalanche and dealership replaced under warranty. said there was some bad cylinders out there. you might check with dealership to see if still under warranty.

on my other brand we had switched the standard steps to a lippert quad radius step. worked good. then we traded the other rv in and kept the lippert steps.
now have the morryde steps in the new rv....
