I have towed with 2012, 2017, and 2021 GM trucks. I have never turned off traction/stability control and have myself never heard that recommended. I do not tow off road.

A new one for me. Very reduced water flow at all hot faucets only. Cold is normal everywhere.
Cold input line to heater looks good, no kinks etc, from T to heater. Same for output line from heater...

Although, I imagine you have 30lb tanks, not 30 gal tanks. LP weighs about 4.2lbs per gallon.
30 lbs x 0.8 (80% max fill) is 24 lbs to fill empty tank...
