Absolutely no excuse for shoddy workmanship. I understand there are different levels of quality materials and such but there should NEVER be levels of workmanship. I really hope they fix this.

I also have had this system for about 3 years and I love it. I've never had any white knuckle experiences with it and I highly recommend it. And the price is fractional of the Hensley and Propride.
