Thanks, seems like one shouldn't have to do that once you have the strain off the coupler. But I go back and forward trying to find that right spot. Interesting on the grease. Camping...

Keystone Impact 303 Furnace
Thermostat and Furnace just went out. Do not have the manual. Dometic DM2862RBFX. Fuse is good. Any thoughts on what I can check?
