2014 cougar 333MKS electric hot water tank switch

have a 2014 333MKS and hot water tank model number is both gas and electric and breaker panel has a breaker for hot water tank but for the life of me cant find the switch to turn to electric.

I have a 2014 keystone cougar 333MKS with dometic fridge. I opened up the top compartment as the fan was running all the time and found the top compartment has a board in it. We live in Calgary...
