    Hi all,

I've been a long-time reader, but VERY infrequent poster, on this forum. This is because my camper, a 2012 model 302, has had no major issues until now.

Every two weeks, I've cranked up the generator and run the a/c units. I did so again this w/e, and it was 103 degrees outside and 98 degrees in my shop/camper storage building. The camper inside temp was 90 degrees. The units ran for approx 10 mins with no issues, but upon units-then-generator shutdown, I heard a hissing from the top rear of the camper. After taking off the plastic cover from the rear unit, I felt "air" escaping from a very small bump/nipple on the line that runs from the evaporator to the accumulator/receiver dryer. The front unit has this same very small bump/nipple on the same line.

I'm a solid mechanic, but admittedly not a strong a/c guy. I'd very greatly appreciate anybody telling me what has caused this problem and any suggestions for repair. MANY thanks in advance for the help!

    Steve
