We have a 2004 Keystone Zeppelin Z241. The camper leans to the right about 2.5 inches, sometimes more going down the road. the AL-KO torsion axles appear to have excessive wear on the rubber torsion inserts. I took one of the axles to a trailer repair and parts shop on October 25, 2021. They said they have reached out to Dexter, the company that bought out AL-KO and are getting no response. The axle has no part number that can be found only a small metal tag with poorly stamped numbers. the info on the tag is Month 3 year 4, Type J296 654353, Axle capacity kg1364, static loaded radius (mm) 316. This is a torsion axle, no shocks, no springs, and bolts to the side of the frame by a heavy metal bracket but still has the long axle tube between the hubs. Does anyone have experience with these? We live in Newport News Va.
