I've had one small slide window that was slightly bent on the inside where the glass would not slide up or down. I ask the dealer, can this be replaced and they told me to bring it in, they'd take pictures, send them to Keystone and hopefully within a month they would replace it, assuming they approved the warranty. This conversation was done via phone. Yea right, we'll see.

Shortly after, Keystone called me reference the satisfaction e-mail they sent me. I told them of this problem and said I can replace this thing myself. I've done it before and would probably be better than what the dealer could do, which I was not happy about leaving my trailer there for several days for a simple window replacement. She told me to send her a picture of the inside window with an explanation and she'd get back to me. I did this that afternoon and she called me back that evening. Wow, that was quick. She said it will be taken care of and a window is being sent to my home. The following week I received the window with a tube of calking and a note thanking me for my patience. I was dully impressed with this lady and Keystone for their quick response, especially leaving the dealer out of it. Been wanting to tell this story and finally had time this morning. Thanks

Very gratifying to know that Keystone stepped up to the plate for you and that you were listened to and they sent you a replacement window. Thanks for sharing a "good news" story this morning. (tx)

Sorry about the issue but nice to hear they let you do it on your own.
