First time we took the trailer out, being warned about the handle on the antenna, well guess what? The whole assembly for the handle fell apart in my hand. We were warned not to turn it very far, so we were very careful not to turn it, but it fell apart anyway. Called the dealer and were told they would show us how to put it back together. It shouldn't be falling apart in the first place. But other than that, we love the trailer. Happy camping!!

Something wasn't tightened on that assembly, if your talking about the Winegard crank up antenna for the TV, on all the trailers that I've had I have never had that problem, in fact the manual (which you should have) describes how to replace and how to lubricate it, if you don't have the manual then here it is: http://eaa1358.com/Passport/TV%20Antenna/Winegard%20Sensar%20Antenna%20Manual.pdf

I agree with Flyguy, something wasn't put together correctly. Should be easily fixed.

Just put the spring back on then tighten the handle with an allen wrench.
