Just had the 5'r in at our dealer Schwabs RV in Leduc Alberta (http://www.schwabs.ca/RV/RV-New-Used.asp?mfg=40) for some warranty work and service.
We dropped it off in early September and told them we had to have it back by October 7th (which it was). They fixed/replaced everything that was required and they went above and beyond to get Keystone to cover the cost of repairing the black tank lever/valve that wasn't quite right from when we first picked it up in May. **Keystone didn't disallow one item that we wanted replaced or repaired under warranty**
Schwabs service department did an excellent job on the repairs and took the time to walk us through each one.
If you are looking for a great dealership to deal with, we highly recommend Schwabs.
