325Srx side garage water leak

Has anyone run into this problem? If trailer is sitting just slightly off level(side to side) water seems to be leaking into side storage door. The water appears to be not coming through door seal but following piano hinge and door trim to somehow end up inside the door itself. If you open door all the way up, the water will run out of the door.

The actual leakage into compartment is just enough to make the lowest part of storage(just inside door) damp.

What is the fix? or is this a faulty door?

Have someone hit it with a water hose while you are standing inside to see if you can see it leaking. Then see if you can fix it through an adjustment.
