Lights flicker

I have a 2006 Keystone Raptor. The lights blink or flicker in a rhythm. The inverter fan seems to pause in the same rhythum as the lights. Any ideas?

More information..... Do the lights flicker when hooked to shore power or only when on battery? Does the microwave time LCD flicker also? have you plugged in a 110V lamp to see if it flickers also?
