slide out rubs

We have a Fuzion 383. The problem the couch side slide is rubbing on the bottom of slide when it goes in and has rubbed the coatting off the bottom of slide now has bare wood showing, the kitchen slide has robbed a small place on the linoleum going in and out. any sugggestions. Thanks George

I have the same problem with something rubbing the underside of my main slide on my 2010 329fbh Outback. There is a 6" tear in the black darco fabric. It looks like from something sharp such as a screw. The slide goes in and out OK and doesn't appear to be out of adjustment. I don't have any damage or wear on my inside vinyl floor.
I'm curious about responses you receive.
