How do I operate awning?

Hello. I have a Raptor 410LEV that was recently purchased used. We are trying to figure out how to extend the awning that is over the garage door. The other two awnings are electric but the rear patio/ramp awning isn’t. I assume I need some sort of tool to do this but we can not locate it. Anyone know where I may find this? Or where I would purchase a new one if we don’t have it. I don’t even know what to search for. Lol
