You mean from the under side... not pulling the cover on the roof, right? Didn't find any paper on the underside but I did realize that we can actually see the inlet side of the coil and would be able to get a vacuum with a soft brush up in there. Too cool! Thanks! Ya know... that looks to be a pretty worthless filter from the factory... thinking about going for a much finer weave.
Be careful about what type of filter you use to replace that worthless factory filter. There are some filter media that will work and provide better filtration, but just putting "any ole filter" that can be cut to fit will probably create big problems with air flow. That will lead to reduced cooling and potentially cause icing on the cooling coils. CW and other RV dealers have replacement filter media that will work and provide a little bit better filtering, but you'll have problems if you try to get a 3 micron filter media to fit and work properly. Keep the AC coils clean annually and the factory filter clean with regular washes and you should be fine.
