Cougar 325SRX fire place insert??

Looking to purchase a fire place insert for my 325 SRX.. Any recommendations? Also what size would I need?

I also bought the 2100xc and plan on plumbing it into the sink piping.. any helpful advice on that? will be keeping washer in the garage portion.. Should I go through the wall and under floor with piping?
