Has anyone been to this park?

It recently re-opened after renovations.

I think a lot of trees are gone.

Heard it has a pool (still closed though)
and you can go tubing (separate entrance from park)
also there is canoeing on the Rainbow river.......

We hope to go late this year, but just wanted some imput!

We have been to this campground recently. It is on the beautiful Rainbow River, however, the campground lacks character. Almost no trees or shade and in Florida, trees are essential. Pool is ok but nothing special. It is such a beautiful river it is a real shame they didn't put more into this campground. It is really just a parking lot for kayakers.
