Just bought our first Keystone tt: Cougar 32FBS.

Anything I should be on the look out for on this new tt?

I didn't have too much time to play with it tonight, but I notice that the level guage system in the trailer has two grey tank guages (tank #1 and tank #2). I could only find one grey tank lever and one blank tank lever on the outside of the trailer (located in different and pretty hard to reach positions, I might add).

Also, the blank tank lever is opening and closing fine, but the gray tank lever is very difficult to open and close. I have to sort of wiggle it and push/pull with a fair amount of force in order to get it to "engage" and slide open or closed.

Thoughts? Any tips, tricks, advice on the 32FBS?

Thanks all! Happy Camping!!

The panels are generic and there if you have 2 grey tanks. If not, then you have an extra button and LED that means nothing.

Looks like your model shows 60 gallon gray, so I would expect two 30 gallon gray tanks. Look for more pull handles. As far as handles I squirting some blaster in mine couple times a year. Do a search and you will fund other issues that could cause valve closure issues

Just looked up the specs of your trailer. Looks like you have 60 gallons of gray water capacity, which means two 30 gallon gray tanks, pretty standard on Keystone trailers. As to the location and configuration of the dump (gate) valves, it's a possibility that both tanks are plumped (y'd) together at their low points and equalized when filling. The one gate valve you have for gray water would empty both.

Keystone Customer Service will answer your specific model questions. Good folks that will even get a tech on the line if needed. I'm guessing your dealer didn't do much of a walk through when you picked your unit up. I had a checklist when we picked up our new Cougar and got told that management didn't allow enough time to go through all that stuff. I said "fine, go get the GM and we'll see how he wants to handle cancelling the sale". Our inspection continued with out any further discussion.

The Keystone Customer Service numbers are as follows:

574-537-3900
866-425-4369

Hope this helps

We just got the same rig and are having problem find the grey and black tank valve. We found one that we thought was the black tank, but now we're not sure. ( under the middle slide) where and which are each valves?

Your experience dealing with Keystone is better than most including myself. Every time I have called Keystone with a question or issue, their standard response has been talk to your dealer.

I gave up and just sorted out and repaired my issues myself.

We have the same unit and the Keystone people seem to think it's funny to joke around and flip flop the tank labels. The grey water is mid ship and the black water is near the main sewer connection.

Good luck with the unit, we have had a lot of fun with our 2017 that is now a year old! In fact I just finished waxing the entire trailer.....phew! But it looks great!

Could you possibly take a picture of your black tank lever just so I know what I'm looking for
