So I have issues that could all be related or several problems so I'm looking for some experienced info. I have a 2016 Raptor 352TS that the converter and batteries were recently replaced before I purchased the RV. It's been 2 months and with one short trip, the batteries are dead again. While not in use, the RV is connected to shore power. Now that the batteries are dead the InCommand controller will not connect to the BMC. I am not able to get connected to control the jacks or slides. The BMC has an override but will not operate the jacks but will work on the slides and awnings. I've tried to connect to my truck for power and put a charger on the batteries. Where should I start troubleshooting or how can I operate the jacks?

If the jacks are hydraulic, then you should be able to operate the pump using a drill. Sorry but it's late and I don't remember what socket or drive fitting you need. If you only have one battery and when camping are not plugged in, your battery isn't going to last very long at all.

Need little more info such as dry camping or hooked to shore power. If connected to shore power keep in mind thathat the battery disconnect switch must be in the ON position to have the converter charge your coach battery.

You said just had converter and batteries changed, Did it every work?? If not they could have momentarily reversed the battery connection and blew fuses on the converter, which is in your basement area

I will check the fuses once I can get back to my RV and will let you know. I just spoke with Customer Service and they said to try an update to the InCommand first.

So with the digital InCommand screen not linking to the BCM it showed my batteries at 0. Which I took this as dead and the converter wasn't charging the system. After talking with ASA tech support, they recommend at power disconnect of the batteries. While my RV is storedit was difficult to access the batteries to dc cables so I pulled the fuse instead. This re-linked the controller to the BCM. Now the system is back up and running. I'm all for new technology but I do favor the mechanical switches and gauges. Thanks for all of the comments and suggestions.
