Very good condition
This camper only gets 40 miles of travel time a year
So nothing gets damaged from banging down the road
We are snowbirds( just 2 of us ) and only use it for our winter visits
The rest of the time it is well kept in a covered storage in Foley Al near Gulf Shores Al
This camper should be very easy for someone to buy and finance the entire amount
Since We are only asking what our bank would actually loan on this camper
with no down payment
