Maytag's excellent customer service

So a seal snapped on my Armana oven. I called Maytag, we identified the part number, and it is being Fedexed to me free of charge. Wonderful customer service.

Nice to see excellent customer service in a day and age when a call to customer service is usually in India and results in more frustration than anything else. I had an outstanding experience when I called Weber regarding a problem I was having with my Q-200. The regulator malfunctioned and was not allowing LP to flow through. On a whim, I called Weber at 8:00 p.m. on a Sunday night. A guy answered the phone within 2 rings. I described the problem and gave him my contact info. He noted that I had two Weber grills registered with them, apologized for the problem and offered to send out a new regulator free of charge. Even though that I owned the grill for over 2 years when I made the call.
