Thank You Pontiac RV

I purchased a 2104 Sydney from Pontiac RV in Pontiac, IL last year. The front cap began fading badly. They worked on this under warranty for me. A month after I got it back it began fading again. It is a 12 round trip for me to take it to Pontiac and they worked with me so I could have the work done locally. I used Auto Truck and Fiberglass in Louisville, KY for the repair and am extremely pleased. Pontiac RV worked well with them and I had the freshly painted unit back in 8 days. Cudos to both of these companies.

It's nice to hear good customer service when a dealer provides it. Most of the time it's how bad they are and what they wouldn't do for the customer! It's awesome that it all worked out for you.
