Kudos to my local dealer Bayou Outdoors service department, and Keystone/Raptor support. All of my initial issues have been handled except 1 which is a non issue so far. Remote was missing for the audio system, ordered, no problem, chairs were missing, ordered no problem, garage door to living area would not stay shut, fixed, water leak into the storage compartment when using black tank flush valve, fixed, compartment door screws pulled out of door, door replaced.
