Discount Tire

Spent about 9 days recently driveway camping at our DS's home near Seabeck, Wa. I was checking air pressure the day before our departure when we noticed that one of the 'high pressure' rubbber/metal hybrid valve stems would leak if it was moved/wiggled. The DS called Discount Tire in the town of Siverdale, told them of our issue and arranged service for the next day (day after Labor Day)
Took the wheels to them 2-at-a-time. After confirming that we had purchased the tires at Discount Tire, they dismounted/remounted all 4 tires with full steel stems and rebalanced - all for a whopping $12.98! (if I had stayed with the rubber/metal hybrids it would have been free) I thought that was pretty good service:) They will definitely continue to get my tire business.

If I have an option Discount tire is where I go. Seems to always be consistent with pricing, professional work etc.

I sing their praises any chance I get. Discount Tire's service is always exceptional and I never walk out questioning price or quality of service. I used a location for several years when living on the far south side of Austin. Now north of there, I head to a new location in that town with the reputation of being "between a Rock and a Weird place" (locals know what I'm talkin' about!).

Discount Tire has the best customer service. On a trip to San Antonio to see my sister we had a flat, on arrival I took the tire to them to be fixed (nail). They asked if I purchased it there and I said no. Thought for a minute they were going to say they didn't have time since it wasn't one of theirs.. The guy at the counter asked if I could leave it for an hour or so. Came back to pick it up and they loaded it in the truck and I asked how much. I was told nothing just think of them next time I needed tires! What a great bunch of people. I have bought tires from them the last two times I needed them!
