Saw this on the news the day after it happened, definitely sad news.

This serves as a reminder to all of us to slow down and complete a risk assessment before we take on a task. I couldn't tell you how many times I have gotten up on my roof without a safety harness. I haven't fallen or been injured yet....yet being to key word here. As with many things we do in our lives, it's not a matter of IF, but WHEN.
