Bought a used 2010 Passport 292bh from RV World a month or so ago. Brought it home and camped in it a couple of times. On the last time we camped, we had rain for the first time.....yep, you guessed it; the slide leaked!! Called them up the next day and told them about the issue. Immediately after telling them the issue, Jason, the Service Manager said bring it in and we will fix it.
Brought the TT to them and they jumped on it and found the problem. Fixed the issue and did two water tests after fixing. Remember, this was a "USED" camper yet the cost of the fix was $0.00 :D
I just want to recommend this dealer to anyone and everyone. From the time we went and looked at the camper to the fixing of the leak, this group is professional and will take care of you. Kudos to an RV dealer that takes time to make it's customers happy!!
