Does anybody know of a source for the material used to seal the undercarriage of the "Polar Package" equipped Cougar's? I will be doing some improvements and will undoubtedly need more of this covering.

Did you figure this out? Looks like plastic cardboard.

This is the reply I received after sending an email to Keystone, the material is called Coroplast (Google it). There are several sites that sell it in various colors. The cost is about $24 per sheet (96" X 48" X 4mm), the problem is the shipping cost.

Thank you for taking the time to contact Keystone RV. The manufacturer of that underbelly is Travel Star Products of Goshen, Indiana. Their phone number is: 574-533-0447.

It looks like sign companies carry this product. I will check with our local box mfg too.

Coroplast is a common "board" used in the sign business - especially outdoor advertising. It is available in varying thicknesses and I think the thickness of the underbelly is greater than you would find in most signs and posters. I also note that the Coroplast website gives a breakdown of the various dimensions and thicknesses. The larger thicknesses have a heavier skin on the outer layer which might provide better protection and stand up longer than a thinner one.
What about checking building supply places (Home Depot, etc.) as well as outfits tht make and sell signs? They might sell you a sheet but I think most of the sign places would not carry black.

With myself being in the lighting business, I will check with our local sign companies and let you know.

I just came back from a local building supply store (Rona in Canada) and while there, I checked to see if they carried Coroplast. They had a good selection of 4x8x4mm sheets in a variety of colours, including black. Their price was $27 Cdn so you should be able to pick up a sheet in the US at Home Depot or some other similar outlet for somewhat less. They didn't have any thicker sheets in stock. It seemed like it was exactly the same stuff on the belly of my Cougar but may have been a bit thinner -- not sure about this tho.
