A big Thumbs up to Three Way Campers in Marietta GA and Keystone
A 2012 Cougar 323MKS 5th wheel purchased at Three way in March 2012
October 2013 discovered that the Black Tank was cracked at the outlet and was not repairable. There had been some seepage detected for several months but it was never consistent enough to be found. Finally in October (7 months after the warantee expired) the crack failed. I was quoted in the neighborhood of $1000 to replace the tank.
Three Way, on my behalf, contacted Keystone who agreed to cover the entire cost since the leak had been detected earlier and it had been an ongoing issue.
This was the second time that Keystone did warranty work after the expiration. In May of 2013 they had Three Way refinish the Front cap that had faded.
On both occasions Three way did all the dealing with Keystone. I can not say enough good things about Three Way campers, and am pleased that Keystone took care of their customer.
