We found a flaw in the design of our Passport Elite 31RE. With the slides in, and the dinette chairs stowed on the couch, a screw on the furnace grate could rub and gouge the top of the chair. Initially our dealer, Mike Thompson, said it was denied by the factory. Well a call to Keystone and the service manager at Mike Thopmson's from the DW got 4 new chairs on the way. The service manager at Mike Thompson really stepped up to satisfy the customer. I was also impressed that Keystone called us back to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

Just curious, why do you stow the dinette chairs on the couch? We keep ours at the table and use the provided strap to secure them to the table leg. Our ottoman gets strapped up on the couch.
