I dropped off my TT for a problem with the front stabilizer jacks. They hadn't worked right for a couple months but when I dropped it off they worked fine. They kept it and couldn't get them to fail but replaced it anyway under warranty telling Keystone it was intermittent. When I picked it up to bring it home there was a bad connection at the switch when I tested it. It was after hours but the guy on site looked at it and fixed it. I got it home and the front jacks worked once and then quit. I called Simi RV and told them I was going to look at it and I may need a switch. They said they would give me a switch if I needed it. I am a little frustrated that I have to fix the jack but Simi RV seems to be trying to do what they can and I understand things happen.

Sounds like they are trying their best also. Work with them...
You can always jumper out a switch to check out the motor on the stabilizer if you want.
Good luck,
